INWARD GOODS QUALITY CONTROL
An opportunity exists in an export focused company, for an energetic, solution-driven person to learn quality control skills.
The primary functions of the role are ensuring incoming goods meet quality requirements, and following up both internally and externally where required. This will involve measurement and physical testing of components, timely resolution of problems, and co-ordinating with various technical experts.
Your natural problem-solving ability and hands-on approach will be essential skills for investigating and resolving any quality issues detected.
You should have excellent written/oral communication skills and be competent in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word. Familiarity with technical drawings, injection moulding and quality systems would be an advantage.

EXPORT SALES MANAGER
USA / CANADA

Right now, we need an experienced, ambitious Sales Representative who can develop and maintain effective relationships with new and existing customers in USA and Canada.
Together with a proven knowledge of International Business, we are looking for someone who has a demonstrated success in managing a territory and has a can-do attitude, a results-driven approach and an unrelenting passion to be the best at what they do.
You will be a confident and dynamic communicator who is motivated, organised and commercially astute. This role offers you the opportunity to build on your technical sales expertise, selling a leading edge innovative product range to multinational pharmaceutical customers.

TIMING
All documents must be received by Human Resources at Simcro, on or before the closing date. Your application will be acknowledged by email or letter.
SHORT-LISTING
At completion of closing date, an interview panel will short-list the applicants, based on the information we have received. If you're not short-listed, you will be advised.
QUALIFICATIONS
You'll need to provide proof of all relevant qualifications on the day of your interview.
INTERVIEWS
Interviews are normally held within two to three weeks of the closing date and usually involve a two or three person selection panel.
REFEREES
Referees of preferred candidates are contacted after the interview. Your current employer is the preferred referee.
THE OFFER
If you are the preferred candidate, and your references check out, you will be offered the position, initially by telephone and then via a formal letter. Those who missed out on the role will be advised once the appointment has been accepted.
